If sender's name is mentioned in the request:


- search for the user > Actions > Transfer envelopes



- click on Filters and under Recipient name or Envelope subject, add a keyword - like client's name - and change the date range.



- tick the relevant document and Transfer now:



- select the user you need to transfer the envelope to, tick, transfer:


-click confirm:

Once you refresh it will look like this:




If you don't know who sent the envelope, go to reports change the date range, Edit filters, Run report:
