Good Morning Ugis,
Please ask the users reporting the Access Denied error to log in and access CCH
OneClick, our Wolters Kluwer Account development believes access should now be
granted.
A change to the user Wolters Kluwer Account login data to remove the
legacy external reference to the Cozone Federated Identities has been reset,
which on the subsequent login will reapply the setting and is expected to allow
the user access once again.
