Sharing access (former Shared Envelopes)
If Shirley needs access to Katrina's files (envelopes), then: search for Katrina and select "Share access with others" under her profile. Here, add Shirley.
Transfer envelope ownership
If a user needs to edit, void or delete an envelope that someone else has sent, we will need to transfer the ownership of that specific envelope to that user.
- Find the user you want to transfer the envelope from
- Click under "Actions"
- Filter to chose a wider date range
- Select the envelope you want to transfer
- Search for the user you want to transfer the envelope to and all done.
Once you transfer the envelope ownership it will disappear from that user inbox and moves to the new user. If you make a mistake, you can always go to the user you moved the envelope to and move it back to the correct user.
