Updates to the software are provided via the Workspace platform as per below.

Development have confirmed that we DO NOT have major software updates around Month End and we tend to release more frequent but smaller deployments. We also avoid large deployments after the first week in December to avoid the Christmas period.
Large software changes such as “Nominal Security” would not generally activate as standard and therefore would not affect your live system until you decided to actively turn it on at a time that suits you (i.e. after month end).
