Login to the financials gateway https://financialsgateway.accessacloud.com/RDWeb/Pages/en-US/login.aspx as one of the hosting admin accounts.
You then need to log into the finops administrator.
Once in finops admin you need to go to system control >> security profiles.
Select the security profile called user and click on members.
Find the user in the list and then click on usage.
When in usage set the module as workflow forms
Then you are able to go down the list and give the appropriate usage to each form. It might be a good idea to take a screenshot of an existing users usage to show you what needs to be set. You don’t need to set everything that’s in the grid!
